What Children and Young People Can Do

• Music – choose a favourite Christian song or hymn, or write their own.
• Be enabled to lead their own worship times at home, school or church.
• Art & Writing – express worship through drawings, paintings, poetry, or stories.
• Prayer – write a prayer to be displayed in a local church.

Example Activity

Each pupil is given a small wooden baton. In class or assembly, children explore: What is worship? How might I express it? They create their own song, artwork, or prayer. Their contribution is then shared: in school and at a partner church display, and if appropriate online.
